Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

Education: Minimum – Degree or Diploma in logistic

Experience: Need to know express, logistic and supply chain business

Valid License: B2 and D

Purpose of the Job

· To manage a team of operations staff on tracing, arrangement and planning

· Manage fulfillment (warehouse )

· Inventory control and stock count for customer

· Quarterly internal stock count and twice in year for external stock count.

· Generate stock count reports for customer’s review.

· Manage the logistics requirements of customers as & when needed.

· Manage the supplies for inventory (boxes, flyers, bubble wrap, stickers, printer materials and etc)

· Manage the supply requests from global and regional. Place the orders and ensure its delivered to the destination.

· Provide support for FRDM for clearance (backup)

· To do pickup (parcel and document) from customers

Job Responsibilities

· Able to communicate with all levels of customers

· Must be able to attend customer’s concern and be able to coordinate with ops support

· Must understand network checkpoint requirement and be able to update on timely manner

· Checkpoint update and integrity of shipment is crucial – checkpoint update

· Managing supplies to customer and making sure inventory are up to date

· Planning for pick and pack with enough resources during festive and peak period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
