Responsibilities
Manage and optimize online stores across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website)
Handle product listings, pricing updates, inventory management, and promotions
Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and key metrics to improve results [*************]
Coordinate with marketing team on digital campaigns (ads, SEO, social media)
Work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Manage customer queries, feedback, and ensure positive online customer experience
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities [*************]
Optimize product pages and customer journey to improve conversion rate
Prepare reports on performance (sales, conversion, ROI) and provide improvement recommendations
This aligns with core duties such as managing e-commerce platforms, campaigns, analytics, and customer experience optimization
Requirement :-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce / digital commerce
Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
