As we continue to enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced industry, this role is for you.
Role and Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Manage customer bookings and ensure accurate and timely data entry
Coordinate with operations team on shipment arrangements
Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery
Build strong customer relationships to support business growth
Develop and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prepare investigation reports for customer complaints when required
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Qualification and experience requirements
Minimum of a SPM, Diploma or equivalent (Business or related field preferred) or
A minimum of 1 year of responsible experience in sales position; or 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.
Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.
Knowledge in customer service practices.
