As we continue to enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced industry, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Manage customer bookings and ensure accurate and timely data entry

  • Coordinate with operations team on shipment arrangements

  • Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery

  • Build strong customer relationships to support business growth

  • Develop and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Prepare investigation reports for customer complaints when required

  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Qualification and experience requirements

  • Minimum of a SPM, Diploma or equivalent (Business or related field preferred) or

  • A minimum of 1 year of responsible experience in sales position; or 1 year of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.

  • Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.

  • Knowledge in customer service practices.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Saturday (Alternate) - 8:30am - 12:30pm
