At Broad-Link Logistics, our success is built on delivering quality, efficiency, and reliable logistics solutions to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant / Executive to join our logistics team.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations, particularly in truck planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with internal teams, drivers, and internal customer service to ensure timely deliveries, efficient route management, and high service performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the logistics and supply chain industry and develop strong operational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing truck orders to ensure operational efficiency

  • Coordinate with drivers for smooth pick-up and delivery arrangements

  • Monitor daily routes and transport activities to identify delays, issues, and improvement opportunities

  • Support in resolving operational issues, delivery discrepancies, and urgent situations promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of truck assignments, deliveries, fuel usage, and related documentation

  • Monitor and support driver performance, attendance, and compliance with operational procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and service quality

  • Support customer service team in handling inquiries, updates, and service requests

  • Learn and utilize logistics systems and software for daily operations management

Qualification & Experience

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

  3. Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
