Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Handle recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference

checks, offer preparation, and onboarding.

Payroll Administration & HR Operations

· Coordinate and facilitate monthly payroll processing with the outsourced payroll vendor to

ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.

· Prepare and verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions,

unpaid leave, claims, and employee movement.

· Review payroll reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF,

SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

· Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.

· Assist in disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, counseling sessions, grievances,

and domestic inquiries.

· Support industrial relations matters in compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and HR-related

matters.

HR Administration & Compliance

· Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and HR

documentation.

· Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR

documentation and handle employment contract stamp duty.

Training & Development

· Coordinate employee training programs, internal workshops, and external training

arrangements.

· Manage applications for training grants, licenses, and related claims.

· Monitor training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Foreign Worker Management

· Manage foreign worker welfare, permit renewals, hostel coordination, medical arrangements,

insurance matters, and related documentation.

· Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on immigration and foreign worker matters.

General Administration

· Support office administration matters including stationery, pantry supplies, access cards,

accommodation arrangements, bookings, and general office coordination.

· Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by Management
