Sinma Digital Hiring! Full Time Intern Ecommerce in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn E-Commerce Intern to support the team in daily platform operations, campaign execution, reporting, and coordination across brands and internal departments. You will assist the Key Account team in ensuring smooth store operations, accurate execution of campaign mechanics, and timely support for client deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily e-commerce store operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms
• Support product listing creation, price checking, stock updates, and promotion setup
• Assist in campaign preparation, including vouchers, bundles, GWP mechanics and campaign submissions
• Help monitor store performance, order status, customer reviews, ratings and basic platform issues
• Compile sales data, campaign performance, competitor pricing and other reports when required
• Coordinate with internal teams such as design, operations, warehouse, marketing and advertising teams
• Support Key Account Executive/Manager in client-related tasks and timeline follow-ups
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given deadline
• Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks related to e-commerce accounts

• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and Microsoft Excel

• Interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, sales or digital marketing

Preferred Qualification

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Data Analytics or related field
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Prior internship or part-time experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing or admin support is an added advantage but not required
