CSC Steel Sdn. Bhd. Hiring! Full Time Corporate Planning Executive in Melaka - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the developing of business policy and corporate strategy, including the set up of Key Performance Indicators for the Company and departments within the Group
2. Coordinating on the Group’s operations, including the policies set by the parent company
3. Evaluating and executing investment projects/business expansion
4. Reviewing and coordinating the Company’s investments
5. Coordinating on matters pertaining to subsidiary/associate companies, such as board meetings/Annual General Meeting, board resolutions, improvement required for invested companies, etc.
6. Planning and executing the events for public welfare activities of the Company
7. Coordinating and executing on matters pertaining to listed company, such as annual report, corporate governance report, sustainability report, company announcement, etc.
8. Providing secretarial support, such as board of directors meeting, management meeting, etc.
9. Liaising with all departments to ensure latest changes in relevant laws and regulations are aligned to company’s practices
10. Executing and coordinating on special projects/assignments
11. Coordinating on internal audit and risk management matters
12. Reviewing and amending the relevant policies and procedures as and when required
13. Completing the specific assignments instructed by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in business administration/management/industrial engineering or other equivalent qualification
2. Relevant working experience is an added advantage
3. At least intermediate level in computer skill such as Microsoft Office and report writing skill
