Job Description

Responsibilities

Main purpose of the role:

To provide operational support across key business functions including case submission processing, commission computation, licensing and general business administration. The role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Case Submission Processing

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure the accuracy of documentation related to financial products. Support internal and external inquiries and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Commission Computation

  • Accurately process payroll for consultants, verify data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission of payment files.

Licensing and general business administration

  • Conduct background checks, perform fit and proper assessments, and maintain regulatory compliance for representative appointments.

  • Manage system access and account creation, facilitate onboarding activities, coordinate email communications, and support advisers and staff with account and resource needs.

Account & Login Management

  • Creation of Representative (Rep) Codes and logins for LIFE, CIS, and GI platforms.

  • Reset passwords and reactivate accounts for internal and external users.

  • Create and manage systems accounts for the agency and manager Proxy requests.

  • Create and manage printer accounts for all users

Onboarding & Access Control

  • Facilitate onboarding of new funds and introducers.

  • Process email broadcasting and email blast requests

  • Oversee Personal Assistant (PA) registration.

Adviser & Staff Support

  • Handle changes in servicing advisers as informed by insurers or FCs.

  • Manage E-Namecard requisition, renewal, and physical namecard creation

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support operational and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Experience in insurance industry would be advantageous

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude

  • Team player with good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and achieve the desired outcome

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight timelines
