Job scope:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and systems

• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues

• Install and set up CCTV systems, including camera placement, cable installation, and configuring recording devices

• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording equipment through regular system maintenance

• Configure recording schedules, motion detection, and other system features

• Handle physical installations and ensure smooth integration with IT networks

• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Min diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or systems maintenance

• Knowledge of handling electronic/ electrical products and CCTV systems

• Proficient in system maintenance and software management

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills

• Able to work independently and in a team
