We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Forwarding Assistant / Executive to support our daily forwarding operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage import and export documentation to ensure timely shipment clearance
Handle customs clearance processes, including EDI submissions (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, DG, ZB, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, customers, and third-party customs brokers
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Handle full set import container processes, including:
- Container requests
- Status tracking
- Use of port systems (e.g., PTP, Johor Port)
- Documentation for container release
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency
Support negotiation and optimization of costs with external service providers
Provide excellent customer service by responding to forwarding-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customs requirements
Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or higher qualification (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics (preferred)
Certificate of Customs Agent Course Kursus Agent Custom (KEK)
