What you'll be doing?

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales, service, and operational KPIs in line with our standards.

• Manage staffing needs, team scheduling, and manpower planning.

• Train, coach, and develop team members for performance improvement and career growth.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.

• Support local store marketing activities and contribute to sales growth and profitability.

What we're looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a in F&B operations or 1 year as Shift Leader.

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Proven ability to maintain high standards in service quality and operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
