• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and technician activities.

• Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.

• Ensure all repairs and services are completed according to Proton standards and company procedures.

• Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.

• Ensure workshop equipment and tools are properly maintained.

• Assist in training and developing junior technicians.

• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and technical issues.

• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements

• SKM Level 3 or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, preferably with Proton vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and workshop operations.

• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driving license.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
