Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and drive key operational KPIs related to network and last-mile performance (e.g. on-time delivery, pickup timeliness, signed rate, warehouse retention rate, inbound/outbound timeliness, parcel loss rate).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; analyze root causes and conduct review sessions with regional teams.
Travel to regional branches to guide branch managers on KPI logic, calculation methods, and improvement plans to ensure target achievement.
Conduct online and offline training on KPI standards, performance calculations, and quality control requirements.
Communicate performance results to internal stakeholders and e-commerce partners, providing explanations and improvement action plans.
Support new operational initiatives such as collection point expansion and parcel locker business (when assigned).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations / performance management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills and willingness to travel.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
