Key Responsibilities

-            Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building facilities and equipment/machinery.

-            Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility systems.

-            Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues and equipment/machinery breakdowns.

-            Monitor and maintain facility systems such as air conditioning, lighting, water supply, fire protection.

-            Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

-            Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance work.

-            Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

-            Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment documentation.

-            Conduct facility inspections and identify areas requiring improvement.

-            Support facility renovation, installation, and improvement projects.

Requirements

-            Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.

-            Minimum 1–3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance operations (preferred).

-            Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and building maintenance.

-            Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

-            Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-            Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

-            Able to work independently and as part of a team.
