Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Shah Alam with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, leading and motivating the sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities
• Relationship management and client engagement expertise to build and maintain strong partnerships
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Team leadership skills, including motivating and managing a dynamic sales team
• Strategic planning and sales forecasting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sustainability-focused industries is an added advantage
