Job Description

Responsibilities

Direct reporting position               : GM Sales

Major responsibilities:

1.        Preparation of Annual Sales budget together with GM Sales, follows by project forecast and pipeline.

 2.        Manage and interpret customer requirements; and select & prepare the costing for suitable product to achieve the set sales target.

3.        Identifies future and current customer service requirements by establishing good rapport with potential and existing key customers

 4.        Negotiate and close project/ sales with terms and conditions reviewed; in consultation of the management.

 5.        Oversee on sales/project order management; escalating to the management in case of any critical issue.

 6.        Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting/phone call.

 7.        Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

 8.        Monitor competition by gather current marketplace information on pricing, product, delivery schedule, merchandising technique, etc.

 9.        To perform additional task assigned by immediate superior in line with an organization requirement.

 Requirements profile:-

 ·        Professional Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience in industry, preferable in valves and steam product

·        Special skill                        : Sales Oriented, Communication skill, Positive Attitude

·        Defined competencies    : Ability to pick up product knowledge and react to customers’ requirements precisely.
