Join the dynamic team at Hello Smart Sdn Bhd as an E-Commerce Executive. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a vital role in driving the company's online sales and digital marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily campaign submissions and operations for brands across marketplace platforms.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Key Account Managers from respective marketplace platforms.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI and sales impact.

• Prepare post-campaign analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct marketplace data analysis and propose solutions or strategies to enhance brand operations and sales performance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing day-to-day operations on marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

• Familiar with marketplace marketing tools, including keyword ads, promotional campaign setup, voucher creation and internal platform advertising tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.

• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive “can-do” attitude.

• Ability to work independently, multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to achieve targets.

• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
