Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service and repair requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Prepare job orders and service quotations.

• Coordinate with technicians regarding repair and maintenance work.

• Provide timely updates to customers on service progress.

• Explain repair recommendations, costs, and completion timelines.

• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.

• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain proper records of customer and vehicle information.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed

• Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

•  Minimum 2 years of experience as mechanic, 2 years as service advisor

• Previous experience in automotive service advisory or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.

• Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.

• Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage.
