TF AMD Hiring! Full Time EHS Technician in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Job Description:

Primary Duties:

1. Assist company and employees on health and safety legislation and compliance.

2. Assist in development and implementation of company EHS policies, plans and professional standards, meeting any changes to legal or operational requirements.

3. Assist with the implementation of EHS System and drive improvements by participating and co-leading EHS Teams.

4. Assist in incident investigations and track/trend incident data

5. Assist EHS training as needed

6. Conduct inspections and report hazards

7. Coordinate contractor safety & work permits

8. Other duties assigned by superior

Secondary Duties:

1. Assist in EHS day-to-day work and other relevant documentation works

2. Assist in EHS documentation

3. Inspection/Audit report compilation       

4. Assist EHS engineer to follow the action item for safety site walkabout

5. Assist other ad-hoc activities related to EHS

6. Be part of the ERT team and actively participate in emergency response activities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma / in Engineering Environmental Health Safety or equivalent

2. Certified OSH-C or other EHS related competency

3. Minimum 2 year and above relevant experience 

4. Required Skills: Excel MS Words Power Point

5. Preferably specialized in Engineering - Environmental Health Safety or equivalent

6. Shift Pattern: Shift 12 hours (9.00am-9.00pm, 4-3-3-4)

7. Fresh Graduate Diploma in Safety is encouraged to apply.
