Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeler will develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in coordination with project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, producing accurate digital models, and generating views, schedules, and details for design and construction documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model consistency, clash coordination, and adherence to project standards. The BIM Modeler will also assist in maintaining BIM templates, following company workflows, and supporting continuous improvements in modeling practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, with experience as a dedicated BIM Modeler.
  • Foundation in Architecture or related built-environment disciplines, with the ability to interpret and translate design intent into accurate models.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
  • Ability to read, understand, and produce detailed construction drawings and related documentation.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related field.
  • Proficiency with common BIM software platforms (e.g., Revit or equivalent) and basic understanding of CAD tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.
