About The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven
Sales Representative to expand our presence across Europe. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging hospitality decision-makers, and converting interest into active platform adoption.
This is a
remote, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to the growth of an innovative startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality groups, and related businesses.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Book meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring challenges and recruitment processes.
- Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.
- Gather market insights and share feedback to support product and go-to-market improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on sales strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to hospitality businesses, HR teams, or recruitment teams.
- Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Hospitality Tech, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
- Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or German are highly valued.
