About The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Representative to expand our presence across Europe. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging hospitality decision-makers, and converting interest into active platform adoption.

This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to the growth of an innovative startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality groups, and related businesses.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and other channels.
  • Book meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their hiring challenges and recruitment processes.
  • Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking.
  • Gather market insights and share feedback to support product and go-to-market improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on sales strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to hospitality businesses, HR teams, or recruitment teams.
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Hospitality Tech, or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
  • Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or German are highly valued.
