Job Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing documentation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and AP reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payment matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Support audit and tax-related documentation when required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Account Payable or accounting-related functions.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Mandarin speaking ability will be an added advantage to liaise with China counterparts.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
