The candidate would participate in Yau Tong, Tuen Mun and Kai Tak project, to manage the Consultant Team and Contractors to execute the contract and delivery timely output in good quality. The candidate would also participate in the feasibility study of potential projects.
JOB DUTIES (please specify in detail)

• To particpate in Yau Tong, Tuen Mun and Kai Tak project;
• To assist the Department Head to carry his daily task;
• To manage Consultant Team and Contractors, to execute the Contract and ensure the works to be completed on time and in good quality;
• To coordinate within the internal departments;
• To coordinate the Site Supervision Team for quality management;
• To review on Architectural, Landscape and Interior Design matters;
• To attend Project Meeting, Site Meeting and Internal Meetings; and
• To carry out feasibility study for potential projects.

Requirements:
Degree and Master in Architecture;

Registered Architect in Hong Kong;

Minimum 5 years’ of local real- estate project experience;

Practical experience in developer/ client side, managing local residential projects will be an advantage;

Practical experience in managing maintenance term contract will be an advantage;

Capable to carry out feasibility study in Hong Kong;

Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Good interpersonal and coordination skills;

Able to work independently; and

Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.

Good skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, BIM and other office software
