Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Inputs and updates information in databases or spreadsheets.
Support in company events and outings.
Coordinate with Shenzhen Headquarter as well as overseas office for admin, accounting and other corporation tasks
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirements:
Degree with 1 year or above relevant experience in a sizable company.
Flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing.
Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).
Candidate with less experience will be considered for clerk.
Immediately available will be preferred.
