Responsibilities

We are seeking a mature, capable, and highly organized Senior Specialist, E-commerce / Assistant Manager, E-commerce to serve as a key support partner to the E-commerce Manager in overseeing the overall operation and management of the E-commerce Center.
This role is not limited to channel execution. Instead, it acts as a critical deputy role to help manage cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, ensure quality execution, and maintain strong operational discipline across the e-commerce organization. The scope covers multiple online business channels, including Amazon marketplaces, ************* / independent websites, domestic e-commerce platforms, and close collaboration with internal functions such as marketing, customer service, and fulfillment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong management maturity, business acumen, project ownership, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. This person will play an important role in helping the department head oversee team outputs, push forward key initiatives, monitor execution quality, and support strategy development and business review processes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a key deputy to the E-commerce Manager in overseeing the daily management and coordination of the E-commerce Center

Support the management of a multi-channel e-commerce business, including Amazon marketplaces, ************* / independent websites, and domestic e-commerce platforms

Coordinate and follow up across multiple functional teams within the E-commerce Center, including strategy, data, sales content / creative, platform operations, customer service, fulfillment, and related functions

Oversee the quality, timeliness, and business relevance of team deliverables, ensuring outputs meet expected standards and business objectives

Drive cross-functional projects and major business initiatives, ensuring proper alignment, execution follow-through, and milestone achievement

Support the development, implementation, and review of e-commerce strategies, and help ensure that action plans are effectively translated into execution

Monitor business performance and management KPIs across channels, and support regular business reviews, performance tracking, and post-campaign / post-project evaluations

Ensure strong communication and coordination among different teams, and proactively identify gaps, risks, or bottlenecks that may affect execution

Help establish and improve management routines, workflows, SOPs, and review mechanisms to strengthen team efficiency, accountability, and execution quality

Support people coordination across 5–6 functional teams, each with different priorities and responsibilities, and assist in maintaining alignment on goals and execution standards

Prepare management reports, business updates, and analysis materials for internal review and decision-making

Take ownership of ad hoc projects and priority assignments from management as required

Able to work as a strong execution partner to the department head, with the maturity to independently handle day-to-day issues, coordinate across teams, and ensure follow-through on key priorities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines

5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online retail, or related business functions; candidates with stronger management experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level

Solid understanding of multi-channel e-commerce business operations, including marketplace platforms, direct-to-consumer websites, and domestic e-commerce channels

Strong management coordination ability, with experience in driving cross-team execution and maintaining quality standards across different functions

Experience in business planning, project management, strategy execution, and performance review is highly preferred

Able to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Strong commercial sense and business acumen, with the ability to connect strategy, execution, and business performance

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels

Good analytical skills and ability to interpret business performance data for management discussion and action planning

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools; familiarity with e-commerce systems and marketplace environments is an advantage

Fluent in Mandarin and English is required

Cantonese is preferred
Preferred Profile

Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or cross-border business environment

Exposure to team leadership, cross-functional management, or acting in a deputy / second-in-command capacity

Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on follow-up and execution discipline

Candidate with the right experience, maturity, and leadership potential may be considered for Assistant Manager, E-commerce
