Project Manager

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and deliver hotel projects and enhancement initiatives from planning through to completion
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Group standards and timelines
  • Partner with Engineering and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation within a live hotel environment
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate across technical functions and ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
  • Liaise with relevant authorities on licensing and statutory requirements to ensure timely approvals
  • Drive effective use of project management tools and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and reporting
  • Uphold The Peninsula Hong Kong’s standards, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations throughout project execution

General Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in hospitality, property development, or related industries
  • Sound knowledge of building services and a basic understanding of licensing and statutory requirements
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital platforms is an advantage
  • This role aligns with an Assistant Manager level within our internal grading structure
