Job Duties
Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
Perform monthly reconciliations with customers and vendors
Assist with month-end closing, data entry, and general accounting duties
Handle intercompany account reconciliations.
Support banking operations, including cheque issuance, payments, and deposits
Maintain proper document filing and documentation.
Provide general administrative support as required
Support ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
LCCI Level 2 / Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
2–3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience preferred
Experience in Air Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry is highly advantageous.
Proficient in MS Excel & Word, with knowledge of MYOB / ERP systems
Detail-minded, responsible, and self-motivated.
Good command of Cantonese and English (written & spoken)
