Build the Foundation: Select and implement a comprehensive HRIS to streamline administration for both salaried corporate and hourly, shift-based employees.
Drive Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for specialized corporate roles while maintaining a steady, high-volume talent pipeline for our multi-location field operations.
Manage Complex Operations: Standardize time-tracking, scheduling, and payroll preparation for diverse compensation structures (including commissions, hourly wages, and bonuses).
Partner with Leadership: Advise the executive team on organizational design, compensation strategy, headcount planning, and employee relations.
Create the Playbook: Design scalable, automated processes for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding.
Requirment
5+ years of HR experience, ideally managing a blended workforce of corporate professionals and multi-location, shift-based staff (e.g., retail, hospitality, FMCG, or similar fast-paced sectors).
"Builder" Mentality: Proven experience establishing HR infrastructure, policies, and software from scratch in an SME or startup environment.
Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of local employment laws, specifically regarding part-time and newly continous contract "468 rule"
Adaptability: The ability to pivot seamlessly from high-level executive strategy to hands-on, daily administrative problem-solving.
Process-Driven: A strong preference for automating workflows and eliminating repetitive manual tasks.
