• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
• Experience handling CP22, CP22A, CP8D, Form E, and LHDN submissions.
• Familiar with payroll processing, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
• Able to monitor and follow up on staff KPI submissions and performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
