Job Description
Responsibilities
Scope of Work:
Onsite coverage at a customer's fabrication plant (fab) to install, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Support for Automated Stocker System (Automated Storage & Retrieval).
Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM).
Weekly reporting covering tasks performed and issues encountered, submitted to both the end customer.
Serving as the technical "go-to" person, providing on-site consultation to the client, attending meetings, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Hours & Coverage:
On-site support: Friday to Tuesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Swing Shift and Fixed off days for different roles.
Experienced preferred.
