JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To perform maintenance of all equipment - Cleaning workstations and equipment before and after production runs to ensure that the assembly line is always ready for new work.

2. To assist process/equipment engineers to design, carry out or setup new device evaluation / engineering run when needed, and assist in troubleshoot existing products for defects.

3. To perform change of model as per planning schedule.

4. To attend to the machine immediately when break down and change model.

5. To monitor the machine performance during operation, monitor closely on the pickup and mount efficiency, to reduce component drop-out.

6. To ensure production machine performance is well-maintained by performing all periodic maintenance as per schedule and update the checklist promptly.

7. To practice 5’s every time after maintenance/repairing /conversion

8. To achieve SMT/AI objectives such as downtime, conversion time and quality

9. Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environment policy - Ensure that all waste/ chemical are properly store/label and scrap.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Diploma in electronic or electrical engineering field with at least 1 year experience in the manufacturing environment.

2. SPM with minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment.

3. Applicants must be willing to work in Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
