Responsibilities
Warehouse
1) Ensure warehousing (stock-in and out) data are kept up to date.
2) Prompt the team before incoming new stocks to ensure sufficient space is allocated before delivery on the day.
3) Ensure picked goods are accurate and all orders are out on time.
4) Perform monthly stock check with production team to ensure accurate stock level is kept.
Logistics
1) Arrange 3rd party transport for local and outstation, ad-hoc or other requests as needed.
2) Provide logistical data to management for cost and operational performance analysis.
3) Arrange daily delivery schedule with transporters or delivery service agents.
4) Produce report on routing/delivery accuracy of transporters or delivery service agents monthly.
General Operations
1) Ensure accuracy of invoice in the system before arranging for delivery.
2) Printing of invoice to send along with goods before delivery.
3) Prepare Roasting List for production to process on a three-times a day basis.
4) Deal with customer related issues such as delivery schedule changes, stock availability issues, order cancellations or changes and any other issues raised.
Purchasing
1) Key in orders as requested by management / sales team to ensure stocks are available to service customers
2) Update Purchase order tracking sheet to ensure no repeat orders are made and no orders needed were missed out.
3) Follow-up with suppliers on order delivery.
4) Ensure buffer stock level is kept for certain items.
5) Key in GRN as according to stock received in the warehouse.
6) Monthly stock count report to be prepared accurately and report any inconsistencies.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
