Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with brand direction.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, and adapt them into content.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure strong brand presence.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to execute campaigns.
• Travel for shoots, events, and projects when required.
• Support other marketing and social media activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation, TikTok, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and analytics interpretation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
