Responsibilities
POSITION PURPOSE
The Human Resources Manager is a key member of BAC Malaysia Plant Leadership Team, providing This Recruitment Specialist supports full manpower planning for the organization, focusing primarily on end-to-end recruitment of sales talent within industrial manufacturing. Responsible for completing new hire onboarding and exit administration in line with local Malaysian labor regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Commercial team Recruitment
Own full-cycle recruitment for all commercial team recruitment. Leverage minimum 3 years’ solid experience in talent headhunting to source candidates from industrial & HVAC manufacturing sectors, including job description finalization, candidate mapping, interview arrangement, preliminary screening, salary negotiation and onboarding follow-up to fulfil sales manpower target on schedule.
2. End-to-End Employment & Termination Administration
Manage complete onboarding procedures for local and foreign workers, employment contract signing, FOMEMA arrangement, relevant permit document coordination and probation tracking. Conduct exit interview, complete resignation paperwork, payroll handover, and personnel filing in strict compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
3. New Hire & Internal HR Training Delivery
Design and deliver company induction training covering company policy, site EHS rules and local labor compliance; develop and conduct internal HR-related training for departments independently. Complete training material preparation, session execution, attendance record and post-training summary.
4. Talent Pool & Recruitment Channel Management
Maintain stable cooperation with recruitment portals, recruitment agencies, industrial associations and institutions, build up industrial talent databases and continuously optimize recruitment efficiency and hiring cost.
5. HR Daily Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate closely with employee relations teams for manpower movement update; respond to routine employee enquiries related to recruitment; prepare regular recruitment reports covering hiring rate and turnover analysis.
6. Ad-hoc Statutory Support
Assist on document preparation for foreign worker administration and basic liaison with relevant government authorities.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in recruitment field, with at least 3 years dedicated experience hiring sales professionals within industrial/manufacturing industry; prior HVAC/heat transfer equipment industry recruitment is a strong plus.
2. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (verbal & written) for daily interview, business communication, and official correspondence.
3. Proficient in full onboarding & resignation workflow under Malaysian labor regulations; capable of independently developing and delivering internal training sessions.
4. In-depth understanding of industrial talent market landscape and sales competency benchmark to conduct effective candidate sourcing.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to work under tight hiring timeline during business peak season.
6. Familiar with basic statutory compliance such as EPF & SOCSO is preferred.
