Job Description
Inventory Control: Receiving, checking, inspecting, and storing incoming stock, as well as conducting cycle counts.
Dispatch & Receiving: Preparing items for dispatch, and coordinating with various teams from different DCs.
Operations & Safety: Operating forklifts or heavy machinery (if licensed), maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, and complying with health and safety protocols.
System Usage: Updating inventory records in real-time using scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Job Requirements
Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages (often up to 20kg).
Education & Experience: Typically, at least secondary school (O levels) or previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Excel/PDA scanners), and good communication skills.
Certifications: A forklift license/license to operate heavy machinery (Forklift & Reach truck - will be train accordingly) is highly desirable.
Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends, or overtime.
Working Shifts: Monday to Saturday, on a 5 days work week, rotating weekday OFF with Sunday permanant REST day (Subjected to changes).
Morning Shift: 7am - 433pm, 8am - 533pm
Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 1033pm
