MRD Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Lead in Johor, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing operations including issuing PO, invoice, DO, and incoming notes
• Check and match purchasing documents and records accurately
• Source parts and materials for new projects and production needs
• Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery and scheduling
• Monitor material stock availability to support production requirements
• Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Support price negotiation, cost analysis, and cost reduction activities
• Resolve supply, quality, delivery, and invoicing issues with suppliers
• Prepare purchasing reports, filing, and maintain proper documentation records
• Support RFQ/RFI processes and supplier management activities
• Assist in supplier audits and manufacturing process evaluations
• Coordinate overseas shipment documentation and customs requirements
• Ensure supplier compliance with company QCDS requirements
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material, or Warehouse Management
• Knowledge in ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Computer literate and able to handle purchasing documentation efficiently
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Willing to work at Tebrau/ Pandan Area
• Willing to travel or work outstation when required

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
