Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and deal with customers politely and professionally.
• Help customers find products and provide basic product information.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock.
• Refill shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisor.
• Assist in stock take and inventory updates.
• Label products and update price tags when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Support daily store operations and any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Must be customer-friendly and able to communicate well.
• Able to deal with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of hardware products is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
