Support Planning
- To carry out site inspection with actual site measurement, to sketch basic frame (layout & elevation).
- To prepare site inspection report with site photos.
- To carry out site marking with appointed contractor based on layout plan by SPD.
Cost & Quality Control
- To execute construction following the BQ & drawing.
- To minimize additional cost during construction period.
- To ensure contractor’s workmanship as per standard.
Coordination
- To monitor construction progress (ID work, M&E, IT, supplier) in order to open on time.
- To monitor and manage delivery and installation during fit-out.
- To ensure construction progresses according to method statement and best practices at site
Hand Over
- To carry out hand over with contractor and check work completion vs BQ.
- To key-in defect list in jot form.
- To evaluate contractor’s performance through jot form.
- To feedback all problem and operation voice to management.
BQ Verification
- To ensure BQ submitted to Support Centre (SC) complete with signatures both SS & contractor, calculation drawing & site completion photos.
- To ensure every single quantity in the BQ is checked and verified by both parties. If there’s no figure, SS need to write NIL to ensure every single item is checked.
- To make copy of BQ upon complete verification and forward one copy to contractor for their final invoice.
- To slash any wrong figures in BQ and the use of liquid paper is strictly prohibited. Any correction figure need to write beside it and compulsory to initial by both parties.
- To ensure all DOs signed by SS only.
- To submit original BQ to SC not more than 4 days after hand over with contractor. If outstation, BQ must be sent via electronic media i.e. WhatsApp/ fax/ email).
- SC have the right to accept or reject the BQ until all criteria above are met.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
