Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Cyberjaya

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,900
• Overtime (OT): RM1,140
• Supervisor Allowance: RM200
• KPI Allowance: RM340
• Total Monthly Earnings: RM3,580

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead security personnel on assigned shifts.
• Ensure security operations are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor security activities and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Prepare incident reports and daily operational reports.
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and security checks.
• Coordinate with management and clients regarding security matters.
• Train and guide security guards to maintain service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security operations or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle emergencies effectively.
• Basic report-writing and record-keeping skills.
