We're looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing technology consulting team and help deliver enterprise applications for clients across various industries.

You'll receive training on the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects. From gathering requirements and building applications to collaborating with clients and supporting implementation, you'll play an important role throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop enterprise applications using the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform
• Participate in Agile and Scrum development activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application enhancements
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver successful solutions
• Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving
• Contribute ideas to improve development processes and solution delivery
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices
• Support project implementation activities and client engagements when required
• Participate in international project assignments and business travel opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related field
• 1–5 years of software development experience
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments
• Strong interest in low-code development technologies and digital transformation
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with React Native is an added advantage
• Knowledge of the Mendix platform is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Willing to travel internationally for project assignments when required
