Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible on conducting purchasing activities.
- Process Purchase Order (PO) to vendor.
- Ensure to follow up with vendors on time delivery status (OTD).
- Handle and follow-up on confirmed import shipment.
- Assists and follow up in handling quality issues/reject items.
- Ensure and maintain and record all the purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
- Follow up on payment.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
- An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage to deal with suppliers.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
