Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in the implementation and execution of Halal and Food Safety Management System standards (HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000).
• Responsible for preparing and sending lab samples when required.
• To engage with pest control service provider to provide monthly pest control services.
• To assist in audits from certification bodes and authorities.
• To prepare monthly reports in terms of food safety, quality for central kitchen and retail outlets.
• To involve in customer complaints and audit non-conformances follow up and closure.
• Responsible for FOSIM registration, BeSS certificate application.
• Responsible for handling food safety and quality issues at retail outlet level.
• To ensure hygiene and sanitation compliance throughout all stages of preparation, processing, packaging and handling including personnel hygiene, utensils and equipment, premise and environment.
• To assist superior time to time and complete given task.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage
• Possess own transport and prepared to travel for assignment
• Possessing internal audit experience is an added advantage
