Project Executive

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ASM in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Able to read construction drawings and relevant technical documents

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily project progress on-site
• Act as coordinator between client, consultant, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications & SOP
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Manage delivery of materials & labor
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Monitor costs and work claims
• Ensure site safety compliance (CIDB/DOSH)
• Handle on-site issues with quick solutions
• Inspect workmanship quality before submission
