Responsibilities
- * Source and develop new products and suppliers based on company requirements and market trends.
- * Evaluate supplier quotations, product specifications, pricing and lead times.
- * Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- * Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
- * Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- * Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- * Prepare and maintain purchasing, delivery and supplier records.
- * Update purchasing information and product details in the internal system.
- * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning.
- * Prepare cost analysis and purchasing reports.
- * Process and submit supplier payment applications.
- * Work closely with warehouse, merchandising and other internal departments.
- * Travel overseas for sourcing trips, supplier visits and product development when required.
- Requirements:
- * SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing or related fields.
- * Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, procurement or related functions.
- * Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
- * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Email.
- * Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- * Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- * Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- * Willing to travel overseas when required.Working Location:

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
