What The Role Is

You will be interning with the Communications & Customer Engagement (CCE) Department.

  • Study data schemas across diverse data sources to develop core datasets that power the performance dashboard.
  • Process and transform data from multiple sources using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts to ensure data quality and consistency, integrating data from different sources.
  • Establish database structures to store historical data and support trend analysis overtime.

What You Will Be Working On

At the end of the internship, the intern will have developed a centralised performance dashboard that consolidates CSO performance data from multiple sources into a single, intuitive view for the CX team to monitor service quality and drive performance improvements.
