• Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Graduate Diploma in Business or Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fast learner with passion for sales and business development.
• Must be independent, self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical.

Responsibility

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop）
• Coordinate order fulfilment, inventory availability, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
• Support operation team for printing the ecommerce order and tracking.
• Proactively monitor platform compliance, store performance, customer reviews, and service level KPIs, and take timely action to address any issues.
• Reply to customer inquiries via chat (Shopee, TT Shop) and maintain good response rate
• Handle returns, and refunds professionally
• Maintain proper filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and up to date.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
