MRD Hiring! Full Time Customer Support Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
• Assist in executing online and offline marketing activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports, data entry, and forecast updates.
• Update customer PO and shipment status in the system.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, and freight forwarders.
• Prepare export and shipping documents before shipment.
• Support customers on urgent requests and delivery issues.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Candidates with international sales and shipment arrangement experience will have an added advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executive level with knowledge in digital marketing, website, and social media updates.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in social media marketing, webinar hosting, and Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
