As a Sales Executive, you will play a hands-on role in driving new business by actively prospecting, managing leads, and supporting the progression of opportunities through the sales pipeline. This role perfectly balances outbound client engagement with structured sales execution, requiring strong pipeline discipline, sharp attention to detail, and the drive to keep momentum across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Conduct strong outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, networking, and market research) to uncover and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Optimization: Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads, converting them into active discovery meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Hygiene: Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with consistent follow-ups. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM (HubSpot), tracking opportunity statuses, next steps, and key movements.
- Deal Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to support the preparation of commercial materials, including proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Organise client meetings to assess pain points. Assist in partner coordination to generate referrals and joint opportunities.
- Account Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of closed deals to the technical delivery teams with complete and accurate documentation.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
