Customer Service
We are Stingray Solutions, better known as Stingray POS System. Established in 2019, Stingray operates as a software company providing point-of-sale (POS) systems and services for both the food & beverage and retail industries.
Join our growing team!
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
