Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Executive Sales Representative at Insight Genesis – IGAi. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and expanding relationships with key decision-makers across the financial, HR, education, and health sectors. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate pipeline information in the CRM, tracking key metrics, and representing the company at virtual events and industry engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, and CRM management.
  • Comfort engaging with executive-level stakeholders in financial services, HR, education, or health and wellness markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Strategic thinking and market research abilities to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and discipline to work effectively in a fully remote, results-oriented environment.
  • Interest in AI, behavioral insights, and mission-driven products that improve access to guidance in emerging and unbanked markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus; multilingual capabilities in relevant markets are beneficial.
